Mr. Alden A. Fatzinger

Mr. Alden A. Fatzinger, Staff Manager and Chief Estimator, of Center Point Tank Services, Inc. (CPTS), brings more than 20 years of supervisory and management positions within the petroleum industry. Mr. Fatzinger has extensive project management experience in the testing, removal and installation of underground and above ground storage tank systems for major oil companies and large industrial clients at multi-state locations. Mr. Fatzinger provides quality control evaluations, sequential program budget reviews, overall supervision of employee training programs. He is responsible for coordination and bidding for all customer proposals, key product and manufacturing liaison, and serves as the primary communications link between Center Point Tank Services project teams and our corporate clients. Mr. Fatzinger's experience and education includes several continuing educational courses.

Mr. Craig Tartaglia

Mr. Craig Tartaglia, Project Manager, for Center Point Tank Services, Inc. (CPTS), has more than 8 years of experience in the management of construction site activities. Mr. Tartaglia coordinates construction field service operations involving the installation, removal and retro-fit of underground and aboveground storage tank systems. Mr. Tartaglia is responsible for crew and sub-contractor supervision, material acquisition and scheduling, project reviews for contract progression, as well as, performing final inspections and system start-ups. He has previously held the position of Project Manager for EnviroTEL. Mr. Tartaglia has completed many courses in the construction field an holds certifications in multiple states

Mr. Roger Tartaglia, Sr. - Founder

Mr. Roger Tartaglia, Sr., founder and principal of Center Point Tank Services, Inc (CPTS), brings over 30 years of experience in the petroleum related field, including marketing, operations, and management of the tank testing, removal/replacement of storage tank systems, and site remediation. As the principal of CPTS, Mr. Tartaglia is responsible for long range corporate planning, project costing, project management, contact administration, client development, client relationships and financial accountability. Mr. Tartaglia had previously served in various management positions with Sun Oil Company (SUNOCO). During his 17 years with SUNOCO, he designed and implemented bulk terminal and service station maintenance procedures, as well as, facility design and retrofitting. Mr. Tartaglia also served as manager of client services with both Hunter Environmental Services and EnviroTEL. He was responsible for overseeing personnel, product development, client relations, equipment design, and technical support for the field staff. Mr. Tartaglia has had numerous continuing education courses specifically designed to enhance his expertise in both the technical and operational aspects of the fuel storage contracting/remediation business. Mr. Roger Tartaglia, Jr., Project Manager, for Center Point Tank Services, Inc. (CPTS), brings 8 years of experienced management of all aspects of construction site activities. Mr. Tartaglia coordinates construction field service operations involving the installation, removal and retro-fit of underground and aboveground storage tank systems. In addition, he is responsible for crew and sub-contractor supervision, material acquisition and scheduling, project reviews for contract progression, as well as, performing final inspections and system start-ups. He has previously held the position of Project Manager for EnviroTEL and Tank Services Associate with Hunter Environmental Services. He has provided QA/QC technical inspections involving soil compaction, foundation, and concrete slab installation with major construction engineering firms. Mr. Tartaglia holds a degree in Commerce and Engineering from Drexel University, majoring in Construction Management. He has completed many continuing education courses and holds certification in multiple states.
