Core Project Group has developed robust business functions to support and enhance project delivery, including meeting and exceeding WH&S, IMS, financial and legal obligations. Operational project Having working in the construction and development section for over a decade, Courtney brings a wealth of industry specific commercial, legal, financial and analytical experience. His capabilities are underpinned by a strong interpersonal skillset, which have resulted in collaborative and sustainable stakeholder relationships. Courtney has a hands-on approach to ensure continuity between project delivery and commercial business functions.
In collaboration with the project delivery team, Courtney utilises financial feasibility and assessment techniques to assist in ensuring client and project commercial outcomes are achieved.
Under Courtney's oversight, management, forecasting, procurement, systems and methodologies have been implemented to ensure a streamlined access and flow of information to all key stakeholders in a timely manner.
Jamie co-founded Core Project Group with Tom Elliot after having previously worked together on various projects. Amongst his greatest attributes is the ability to add value to the project during the conception stage and ensuring project delivery is in alignment with the clients expectation.
The early involvement of Jamie has seen a number of projects realigned to more closely meet the client's needs, and to obtain their objectives.
A familiarity with various formal construction contracts allows him to liaise with clients to contract under the means most appropriate with their goals. In construct-only projects Jamie has comprehensive experience covering a wide range of contracts, including Australian Standards, GC21, and MBA suites. Jamie also has an acute awareness of the financial cost of building. His ability to develop accurate and achievable cost plans for clients allows us to review the client's expectations from an early age. When utilised in conjunction with Tom's programming expertise, a powerful set of tools is made available to our clients.

After working with a regional contractor and developer, Tom co-founded Core Project Group with Jamie Lind. Tom's experience as a Construction Manager has involved him overseeing projects in many diverse fields, and has personally overseen the design and development of many top end residential projects within the Newcastle and Hunter region.
Tom's experience in the design and construction sector has seen him develop relationships with some of the regions leading consultants and subcontractors, and these relationships have fostered the development of key successful projects in the area. Tom's key focus in project management is the attainment of the client's goals, and believes in transparency and maintaining the expectations of the client. Through his exposure to multination construction firms he has an acute awareness of project planning, which allows Core Project Group to challenge the perceptions of ‘normal', and the development of delivery methods in keeping with our clients goals.
