Ed has meticulously overseen and guided the progress of each project, while holding the Cury Group's Architects, Construction Professionals, Designers, and Workers to an unparalleled standard of excellence. Ed's unique approach to designing and building luxury residences or projects has established his reputation as one of the premier developers and builders in the South Florida region. His attention to detail during the design and planning process is critical to the success of every project along with his expert advice, experience, and guidance.
Graduating from the University of Miami with a BBA in Business Administration and serving in the United States Marine Corps, Ed's business acumen and extensive building construction knowledge along with his professional dedication combine to create a unique business model in the construction industry. Background includes being a real estate entrepreneur, developer, and builder, with all the skills required to manage a building, development, and real estate sales company. These disciplines include all the interrelated responsibilities of dealing with clients, architects, attorneys, engineers, city officials and inspectors, banks, real estate firms, subcontractors, homeowner associations, and private investors.
Todd's passion for construction started at a very young age, and he has honed his skills through experience in multiple trades throughout his career in the industry. Todd graduated with Honors from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, specializing in Resource Management and Marketing.
Todd delivers a hands-on approach to project management and business development within The Cury Group. His attention to detail and commitment to quality allow him to meet and often exceed client expectations across all facets of the construction process. Todd excels in execution through effective communication with all parties involved in each and every project he oversees.
Over the last decade, Todd has managed a wide variety of projects. He has executed multiple build outs of luxury condos, historic property renovations, as well as single-family renovations. Todd has supervised new design builds for homeowners and real estate investors alike, with projects exceeding as many as 10,000 square feet. Outside of the residential arena, Todd has also excelled in commercial construction, most recently completing a $5 million custom high-tech art gallery renovation.
