Carmen joined our team as a marketing specialist, with experience in magazine production and graphic design. What we didn't realise at the time was that she was also a highly efficient organiser with an incredible eye for detail, and the ideal person to develop our processes and systems.
Her role quickly grew to incorporate supporting Della, driving her ideas to completion and ensuring client satisfaction.
For more than ten years, Carmen has worked on every aspect of our service from co-ordinating listings to finding buyers, and has made her mark in every one of them. She puts the framework in place so you can enjoy a smooth and hassle-free process.
