The goal was to increase the speed and efficiency with which a representative could access on-line data from the CD-MMIS mainframe to respond to provider and beneficiary inquiries. Secured access to the CRM solution is provided by the My Denti-Cal portal implemented with the Electronic Image Management System (EIMS) project...
