Billy C. Cook

Billy C. Cook is a consultant for the Company and several other companies. He has worked as a Petroleum Geologist for over 40 years and has been working as an instructor in geology at Tarrant County College for over 5 years. He obtained his Masters degree in Petroleum Geology and Graduate Minor in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A & M Univeristy in College Station, Texas. Mr. Cook has worked as a Consulting Geologist since 1988 for various companies in prospect generation, prospect evaluation and development of new and existing properties. This work resulted in six new field discoveries and numerous development wells. As an Area Geologist for Cavenham Energy Resources from 1986 to 1988, Mr. Cook reprocessed over 400 miles of old seismic for use in an exploration program. As District Geologist for Thomson-Monteith from 1983 to 1985, Mr. Cook provided development geology which resulted in 6 producing wells and discoveries. As Chief Geologist for Holly Energy, Inc. from 1981 to 1983, Mr. Cook managed and coordinated the exploration activities of 12 exploration consultants in four offices. His work covers the states of Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas and New Mexico and his experience with reservoir mapping and his log analysis skills have proven to be a much sought after talent.

Ernie M. Harkreader - President

Ernie Harkreader is President and owner of EMH Resources, LLC. Mr. Harkreader earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Lamar University and is a graduate of the SMU First-Line Management Program. He most recently served over 3 years as Vice President of Operations for Seidler Oil & Gas, LP, Vice President of Operations for FWS Management, LLC, and Vice President of Seidler Investment Group, Inc. He was instrumental in setting up each entity and was responsible for day-to-day operations from inception to January of 2010. During that time, the annual production ratio increased from approximately 50% in 2006 to over 80% in 2009 with an overall hit ratio of approximately 75%. He also held a full-secret clearance in aerospace for approximately 10 years, worked as a Principal Consultant for Oracle, and worked for Siemens-Westinghouse Power Generation before working in oil and gas. With 19 years experience in Operations Management, 5 years in Engineering, and 1 year of Consulting, Mr. Harkreader brings an attractive track record to EMH Resources and possesses an unmatched desire to provide investors with success. Mr. Harkreader has been married since 1985 and has two grown children.
