Christopher Rabii - CEO

FiberLight welcomed Christopher Rabii as Chief Executive Officer in November 2020, taking the place of Jim Lynch, who was announced as the company's interim CEO in July 2020 and will remain the Executive Chairman of FiberLight. Prior to Rabii's appointment as CEO of FiberLight, he was the SVP of Technology, Fulfillment and Operations for Altice Business, a division of Altice USA, where he was responsible for all activities related to service delivery, engineering and operations in support of Altice's enterprise and carrier customers. Prior to his role at Altice, Rabii served as the SVP of Operations and Chief Technology Officer at Cablevision Lightpath, which was acquired by Altice in 2016. In this role, Rabii was instrumental in achieving challenging operational upgrades, leading a team to ultimately provide improvements that were noteworthy for their successful partnership with sales, speed of implementation and subsequent customer service enhancements. The resulting financial performance exceeded industry expectations. Chris and his teams have consistently outperformed in key technical and operational areas, including network design, fiber construction, engineering, field operations, provisioning, maintenance and network monitoring. Earlier in his career, Rabii held a number of executive management positions at AboveNet, an early leader in providing mission-critical metro fiber connectivity to enterprise customers across Tier 1 markets in the U.S.

Ernie Hoffmann

Ernie is responsible for service delivery, field services, outside plant construction, and the network operations center. He has over 30 years of experience running engineering & operations teams of varying scale. Prior to joining FiberLight in February, 2021, Ernie was the Vice President of Service Delivery & Fulfillment for Altice Business (formerly Lightpath). During his time at Altice, Ernie was responsible for all activities related to design and delivery of new services in addition to leading the field operations, circuit design, provisioning, warehouse and service delivery teams. Prior to his role at Altice, Ernie was the Sr. Vice President of Engineering and Operations at FiberNet Telecom Group, a start-up telecommunications service provider. Earlier in his career, Ernie spent 12 years at Verizon holding a variety of engineering and outside plant positions. Ernie holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Boston University and a M.S. in Telecommunications and Computing Management from Polytechnic University (now called NYU Tandon School of Engineering).

Jay Anderson - CTO

Jay joined FiberLight in 2012, bringing his experience in cellular and wireless backhaul networking to our then recently announced Texas expansion project. He has since held a several roles within the organization and has shared his network design and engineering expertise (and a love for all things related to processes and data) to many of our organizational growth initiatives. As Chief Technology Officer, he is responsible for evolving FiberLight's infrastructure and technical capabilities to ensure we can respond quickly to the changing digital ecosystem needs of our customers. Jay is also our resident Star Wars expert and serves on the board of Texas Mosaix, a faith-based non-profit organization focused on international missions.

Jim Lynch - Chairman

Mr. Lynch is a founding member and board member of Thermo Credit, LLC. Prior to joining Thermo Credit, Mr. Lynch worked 13 years in investment banking for Kidder, Peabody & Co., PaineWebber and, most recently, as a managing director for Bear Stearns. He has worked primarily with industrial and energy companies. He has financed and advised over $15 billion dollars of transactions with industrial growth companies such as Delphi Corporation, Lear Corporation and Georgia Pacific, as well as private equity firms such as Blackstone, KKR and Vester. Mr. Lynch earned a B.A. degree from Amherst College and received his M.B.A. from Yale University.

Jon Couch - CFO

Jon joined FiberLight as Chief Financial Officer in 2019 and leads the finance, accounting, tax, and treasury functions. He brings a diverse background of financial leadership at both public and private companies, across multiple industries. His primary goal has always been to make the financial team the strongest partner it can be in helping the business provide value to customers. Jon has helped lead key strategic initiatives such as an initial public offering, mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and financial process and governance improvements. Jon holds a BA from Lafayette College and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.

Ronald Kormos - Chief Strategy Officer

Ron is a founding member of FiberLight and transitioned from our predecessors ACSI NT and Xspedius Communications. He has held many roles within the organization - including Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Construction, President of Texas (Operations), and Chief Development Officer - before being appointed our Chief Strategy Officer in 2014. In this capacity, he draws upon 30 years of utility construction experience and 20 years of sales development experience to build and strengthen customer and partner relationships, negotiate complex commercial agreements, and advance network expansion and other large projects. When he's not serving as a FiberLight emissary, he enjoys traveling with his family, including regular visits to Europe.

Tony Cash - Chief Legal Officer, EVP

Tony brings to FiberLight a breadth of legal knowledge built on 20 years of prior in-house telecommunications experience with both AT&T and BellSouth, experience founding a startup technology licensing company, and a decade working in private practice. He has received degrees from Clemson University (BA), Duke University (MBA), and Georgia State University (JD). As General Counsel and Secretary to our Board of Directors, Tony guides the company's stakeholders and executive leadership on organizational business practices and other decision-making activities and oversees all legal, regulatory, and HR functions.

Will Sears

Will joined FiberLight as Chief Revenue Officer in 2021 and leads the sales team in driving new revenue opportunities through expanded customer engagements, new customer acquisition and the FiberLight partner program. He brings more than 20 years of sales and leadership experience in the telecom industry, and has a proven track record of building high-energy, highly-engaged teams who work collaboratively to implement customized solutions and meet business goals. Recognizing that the customer experience begins with sales, Will is laser-focused on delivering positive, predictable and reliable customer experiences. Will has led numerous programmatic initiatives to optimize sales processes and methodologies with significant results, including a highly-profitable product launch that resulted in a 100% year-over-year product growth rate. Will holds a BA from the University of Central Missouri, Warrensburg and served as an aviation officer in the US Army.
