HCA is a non-profit organization whose funding is solely provided for by the generosity of individuals, churches, and businesses in the area. Heritage was chosen as a name due to the fact that it conveys what we want our children to have - a heritage. We expect that our children will be well grounded in the Bible and exemplify its teachings. The word heritage conveys pride in the place of our upbringing and home. Religious and family values are a part of our heritage, so the name has many implications; all of which are positive.
