Our approach to movement and fitness is simple: engagement in movement and fitness activities is good for you! Running, dancing, walking, twirling, wheeling, cycling, skating... the type of exercise you choose doesn't matter as long as it is enjoyable and the experience encourages you to continue participating on a regular basis. Choosing to move while at Michigan State University is easy. Health4U and MSU Moves looks forward to partnering with you to integrate movement into your everyday life... Health4U is focused on helping the MSU community explore the fundamentals of a health-promoting lifestyle. We provide access to high quality, evidence informed, and culturally conscious health education and support... Health4U approaches individual health from a core belief that every person brings wisdom to their own health and wellness journey. Our role is to provide assistance with education, guidance, and support.
