I have been working in the catering industry for over ten years, and began designing and creating cakes in 2009. Making celebration cakes started as a hobby for family and friends, which then led to starting my own cake making business. I've attended a flower making course for one year, and various one day classes specialising in the art of cake decorating... Welcome to Joy's Cakery, we are based in Shifnal, Shropshire.
