Hello there! My name is Dave Blake and I am a qualified teacher, trainer, youth worker, consultant and speaker with more than 30 years' experience of working with young people and youth focussed organisations across Europe, Russia, America, the Middle East and back home in the UK. For over a decade I was a Youth Development Officer and training facilitator for a large local authority in south-east England... In 2012, I launched Kapasun Training & Development with the tandem goals of providing specialist Personal, Social, Health and Economic Education (PSHE Education) to children and young people, as well as facilitating bespoke training for those working in the youth sector as part of their continuing professional development (CPD)... Throughout my transformational travels and colourful career, I started to notice three key areas where people, including myself, often experienced a challenge. This led to me developing an educational idea I call, "The Lightbulb Philosophy".
