Experience and expertise - Lateral Labour is aligned with Viljoen Consulting www.viljoenconsulting.co.za which launched in 2003 as a specialist Internal Audit, labour relations and human resources Company. It was originally established to provide access to Internal Audit functions, (primarily targeting the SME market) that were previously only enjoyed by large companies and corporations who could afford an Internal Audit Division. We are also specialists in Compliance and Business Administration. The owners and consultants at Lateral Labour and Viljoen Consulting have combined experience of over 50 years within their respective fields. A training Company called Sisibukula (unleashing potential) was established in 2009 in order to specifically address entrepreneurial training needs.
