Brent Modral - COO

Brent Modral, Chief Operating Officer of Mercurial Security Solutions LLC, has over 30 years experience in the field of Risk Management and was the Director of Operations for the Australian Embassy in Baghdad, Iraq. Brent was a member of the elite British Army Royal Military Police Close Protection Unit and additionally worked as a Deputy Sheriff for the Montana Sheriffs Office. He has provided consulting and protection to members of the British Royal Family, Heads of State, Diplomats, UK/US Generals and Fortune 500 Company Executives in Europe, the USA and hostile environments worldwide. Brent completed several high-risk operational tours in hostile theatres and is fully conversant with modern counterterrorism techniques. His area of expertise is the Middle East and Iraq in particular. Brent has a wide knowledge and expertise in facilitating Risk and Crisis Management programs in the governmental and public services sector, is C.A.R.V.E.R. certified and holds a MSc in Risk, Crisis and Disaster Management.

Natascha Modral - CEO

CEO of Mercurial Security Solutions, Natascha has over 20 years of experience in the field of Risk Management and has a wide knowledge in improving operational systems, processes and policies and procedures. Natascha retired as the Security Manager of the 5 United Nations compounds in Baghdad, Iraq. Prior to that she provided consulting and protection to the UN Special Representative of the Secretary-General, to the Head of the Elections, and the British Foreign & Commonwealth Office. Natascha has both military and law-enforcement experience, is C.A.R.V.E.R certified and holds a MA in International Relations. She is a member of ATAP (Association of Threat Assessment Professional), is the current Vice Chair of ASIS Pikes Peak and is a member of InfraGard (partnership between the FBI and members of the Private Sector relevant to the protection of Critical Infrastructure). She wrote the Chapter on Executive Protection in the book "Women in the Security Profession" by Sandi J. Davies

Sam Sahl

Sam Stahl, CBCP, is the Business Continuity Specialist for Mercurial Security Solutions. Sam's experiences include Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, COOP, and Emergency Response planning for a number of large and small organizations including the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, American Express, Citizens Bank, Colorado Springs Utilities, IBM, EMC, US WEST, Qwest, the City of Scottsdale, First American National Bank, Denver International Airport, Actel Manufacturing, TSYS, Delta Airlines, The Dial Corporation, and others. His background includes developing Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity Planning, and Crisis Management methodologies, strategies, and national exercise programs. He has developed and managed projects within all of the areas of the standard recovery industry methodologies. He has a Masters Degree in Project Management and is a member of PMI (Project Management Institute), DRII (Disaster Recovery Institute International), BCI (Business Continuity Institute) and ASIS (American Society for Industrial Security).
