With more than twenty seven years of active involvement in the Pittsburgh and Western Pennsylvania legal community, first as a practicing attorney and for the last seventeen years as a legal recruiter, Dianne is uniquely positioned to identify and place attorneys in diverse practice areas and at all levels of experience. She has placed countless associates and partners, both individually and in groups, and has facilitated law firm mergers. She has worked with law firms and corporations of all sizes and types. Dianne graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1985. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, with a double major in biology and in English from Washington & Jefferson College, conferred in 1982. As a practicing attorney, licensed in both Pennsylvania and West Virginia, Dianne has litigated cases throughout both states for a mid size firm and as staff counsel for a national insurance company. After practicing law for ten years, Dianne became the managing Director of a Philadelphia based legal recruiting agency. She later joined Susan Fletcher, someone she had known since her law school days, at the then agency of Susan Fletcher Attorney Employment Services. The agency later became Fletcher & McClelland Legal Search. In her seventeen years as a legal recruiter, Dianne has developed solid relationships with members of law firms and executives of corporations. The hallmark of her dealings is her tenacity, precision, trustworthiness and unwavering attention to the client's specific search. Although much of her work has been focused in Pittsburgh and the surrounding region, Dianne has also been placing attorneys throughout Ohio and West Virginia for over a decade. In addition, she has placed attorneys in many other states through her own efforts as well as through her associations. Dianne enjoys excellent working relationships with fellow recruiters throughout the United States and taps into those relationships when it is in the best interest of her clients. Dianne is a member of the National Association of Legal Search Consultants (NALSC), a professional organization committed to a highest standard of ethics in the field of legal recruitment. Dianne has maintained her memberships and actively participates in many organizations including the Allegheny County Bar Association, The Women's Bar Association of Western Pennsylvania, The Allegheny County Fellows, The Women in the Law Division of the ACBA, the Western Pennsylvania Christian Legal Society, the Washington County Bar Association and alumni associations of The University of Pittsburgh School of Law and of Washington & Jefferson College. Dianne is a member of the Heart Ball Committee for the Washington Mon Valley Heart Ball, a division of the American Heart Association She also supports many veteran's associations, World Vision, the Washington County City Mission, and several humane society charities. Dianne and her husband, Damon Faldowski, are supporting Alumni Members of Washington and Jefferson College.

Megan L. Faust

The newest member of our team, Megan L. Faust, began recruiting for our agency in late 2010. Megan's introduction to recruiting began in 1999 when, as a candidate of our agency, she was placed by Dianne McClelland at a boutique firm in Pittsburgh, where she remained for eleven years. In her many years of practicing law, Megan obtained a good command of the legal market and built strong relationships, both of which have been keys to her success in the field of legal recruiting. She is detail oriented, attentive, trustworthy and proactive, all of which make her attractive to both candidates and clients. To date, Megan has placed attorneys in Pittsburgh, Ohio and a number of other states. Megan graduated from Washington & Jefferson College in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and a concentration in economics. While in college, Megan was a member of the Delta Gamma fraternity and the Pre-Law Society. At the time of graduation, Megan was named a Walter Hudson Baker Scholar in economics for outstanding achievement in the economics department. Upon graduation, Megan attended the Dickinson School of Law, now The Pennsylvania State University at the Dickinson School of Law, in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Following graduation from law school in 1997, Megan began practicing in the area of insurance defense, litigating cases throughout western Pennsylvania. In 1999, Megan began an eleven year career at a nationally renowned class action boutique based in Pittsburgh. Nearly two years ago, Megan decided to make a career change and began working as a legal recruiter for Fletcher & McClelland Legal Search assisting law firms in finding qualified candidates to join their teams. Megan is a member of the National Association of Legal Search Consultants (NALSC), a professional organization committed to the highest standard of ethics in the field of legal recruitment. She also maintains her license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, The Women in the Law Division of the ACBA, and the Washington County Bar Association. As a lifelong Washington County resident, Megan has focused much of her time and attention on Washington County based non-profit organizations. Megan is a former Board President and deacon of the Fairhill Manor Christian Church. She also served on the Board of Directors of the Brownson House and the CARE Center. Currently, Megan acts as the President of the Board of Directors of the Literacy Council of Southwestern Pennsylvania. Last year, she joined the Heart Ball Committee for the Washington/Mon Valley Heart Ball, and, recently, she joined the Board of Directors of the Washington County Chapter of the Heart Association. Megan actively supports the Olivia Scott Foundation and The Friends of the Brownson House. Megan currently resides in North Strabane Township with her husband, Jack B. Piatt III, and their daughter Margo Helene (10) and son, Jackson Brady (3). Megan enjoys working out at the Wilfred R. Cameron Wellness Center, supporting the Pittsburgh Steelers, attending concerts and traveling with her family.

Sue Fletcher - Founder

Our founder is Susan Fletcher. Sue opened the doors of this agency over twenty -two years ago, in 1990. At that time, we were known as Susan Fletcher Attorney Employment Services. Then, as now, our specialization is the permanent placement of attorneys in law firms and corporations both locally and nationwide. Before starting this agency Sue was the Director of Career Planning and Placement at the University of Pittsburgh Law School for eight years. She was active in the National Association for Law Placement serving as its Northeast Regional coordinator in 1986 and 1987 and planning its yearly meeting for 350 recruiting administrators and placement directors. Prior to her work at the law school, Ms. Fletcher was Assistant Director of Career Programs and internship coordinator at Chatham College. She directed a U.S. Department of Education arts enrichment program for gifted and talented students from the 46 school districts of the Allegheny Intermediate Unit. Ms. Fletcher holds a bachelor's degree in English and Master's degree in Public and International Affairs with a specialization in Personnel and Labor Relations Management. Among her interests is work with Global Village building projects with Habitat for Humanity. Sue has placed hundreds of attorneys over the years, from general counsels to partners, groups and of course associates at all levels. She is well known locally as well as nationally for her integrity, excellent relationships and her consistent ability to identify the perfect candidate. Sue was an early champion of the promotion of diversity hiring. She was an original signatory to the Allegheny County Bar Association Diversity Initiative. She has worked tirelessly to educate, promulgate and implement procedures widely utilized today. Among her many passions, Sue works with Habitat for Humanity and Auberle. Sue and her husband Rich enjoy travel, golf, camping and spending time with children and grandchildren.
