Bruno Falcon

Bruno Falcon came up in the DC arts and production scene with a background in stage and video production. He cut his teeth on political media working with SKDKnickerbocker through the 2016 political season before striking out on his own. Bruno split his focus between podcasting and educational and documentary style video before coming back to his political roots with MeanGreen.

Chris DiNardo

Chris DiNardo is a visual effects designer and animator with over 20 years of broadcast experience. Working on titles, promotions and content for almost every major cable channel from Cartoon Network to National Geographic he has developed a broad range of visual disciplines and a creative exploration that pushes his work into new areas. His creative mantra is "why the f*ck not?" Usually followed by, "that could work too I suppose." Chris enjoy running, comic books, and blessing his teammates with his talents in mixology.

Clara Ganz

Clara is from Portland, Oregon and moved to DC in the fall of 2019 to study at Georgetown University. She is currently a junior in Georgetown's College of Arts and Sciences studying Psychology with minors in Business Administration and Art. Despite what her areas of study may indicate, her passions lie with all things creative. She loves to sew, draw, animate, etc., but has a particular propensity for graphic design. When not in the classroom, you can find Clara upcycling thrift store clothes, practicing hot yoga, or watching an episode of New Girl.

Dan Ford

David Neveu

David has been a freelance video editor in Washington DC for more than 20 years. He is an excellent story-teller. He won an Emmy for his work at WTTG Fox 5 and has produced promotions and programming for the National Geographic Channel, the Travel Channel, Discovery Channel, TLC, and HGTV. David started out in politics working for the Clinton/Gore campaign in 1996 as one of the first political editors in the country to use the AVID non-linear editing system. He has since worked for numerous Democratic political ad campaigns over the years including Kerry/Edwards in 2004 and Obama/Biden in 2008 and 2012.

GLENN GREENSTEIN - Founder

A veteran of Washington's deadline-driven, results-oriented message machine, Glenn Greenstein has crafted media for more than 25 years. He is an experienced producer, director, editor, writer, and collaborator who loves working with teams to develop and implement creative, effective solutions to strategic challenges of all shapes and sizes. Glenn serves as CEO and Creative Director of MeanGreen Media, the creative services studio he founded in 2008. MeanGreen works with clients of all stripes to shape messages and craft media that persuades, motivates, and moves the needle. Glenn lives in Silver Spring, MD with his wife Rebecca, sons Liam and Cody, and dog Gracie.

Jesse Medalia Strauss

Jesse Medalia Strauss was part of MeanGreen Media's 2018 political team, where he was able to exercise his video editing and storytelling skills to help MeanGreen do its part in taking back the House. Jesse is also the founder and video producer of Forward Frame Media, where he helps progressive activists tell their stories. Jesse is a New York native who moved to DC to pursue his love of politics, movies, and complaining about not living in New York. Last fall Jesse fulfilled his life-long dream of seeing Empire Strikes Back with a live orchestra.

Meet Sally

To explain what the Skills Gap is and why people should care about it, GPG worked with MeanGreen to develop the story of Sally, a factory owner who needs to hire, and Jack, a worker with lots of experience, but lacking the skills Sally needs at her factory. For the story to work, the characters needed to be just right. And for the project to be delivered in time for the big launch, there was little time for trial and error.

Melanie McGhee

Melanie came aboard with MeanGreen Media at the start of the 2016 political season, following 10 years of video production management in the DC-metro area working with clients such as NIH, Discovery Communications, the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum, Luray Caverns, and PBS. In collaboration with our team of editors, graphic and sound designers, she manages the workflow of production to help create impactful, eye-catching spots and videos for MeanGreen's roster of clients. A DC native, Melanie loves spending her free time with her husband, Tarik, and 2 step-daughters, Zoli and Maya. Her personal interests include politics, music, TV and movies, wine tastings and hitting

Nicole Haddock

Nicole is an editor who loves working in short form, from ad work to short documentaries to museum installations. Originally from Boston, a land where everyone knows how to spell haddock, she caught the post production bug while at Emerson College and never looked back. When she's not at the edit desk, Nicole can be found trotting around the globe, shooting landscape photography, baking delicious pies, or hanging out at home with her husband and their three dogs.

Rich Winkler

Rich has been a freelance editor in the D.C. area for the past 15 years, working on everything from documentary and reality programming to network promos and jumbotron videos for the local sports teams. He joined MeanGreen for the 2018 season and had the opportunity to work with the stellar team at MeanGreen and a great group of clients on a number of key House and Senate campaigns. When not in the edit suite, Rich likes to spend time outside cycling, skiing, and whitewater kayaking.

Sean Kimber

Sean is an industry veteran with 15 years experience making game changing media. He moved from his hometown of Binghamton, NY to DC for a job with Comcast SportsNet, where he discovered a love for sports while working on promotions for the Washington Redskins, Capitals, and Wizards. Sean next spent time at LAI Video, developing new visual styles and techniques to support the mission of many top foundations, associations, and trade groups. He is the proud recipient of 2 DC Emmy Awards, a Bronze Tiva Award for Motion Graphics and a Bronze Telly Award. Sean loves spending time with his family. He lives with his girlfriend, Jessica, and his step-son, Alex. His favorite times of the year are whenever he's with his son Ryan.

Victoria Blair

Victoria is a motion graphics designer and illustrator from Pennsylvania (the Philly side). She recently moved to the DC area and began working at the Duke & the Duck, where she worked on animation projects for various organizations such as the National Academy of Sciences and the World Bank Group. She joined MeanGreen Media for the 2018 political season and has enjoyed collaborating with the talented team. When not doodling at her desk, Victoria loves running outdoors and attending concerts.

Whittney Wernsing - COO

Whittney joined MeanGreen Media just ahead of the 2020 political season. In addition to nine years working mostly in the non-profit sector, she has five years and three campaign cycles of experience heading up operations--for two Presidential campaigns and one multinational education and advocacy startup. Whittney handles all things operations for MeanGreen, keeping the trains running on time. With an equal love of the city and the beach, Whittney splits her time between DC and Charleston, SC. She practices meditation and yoga, frequents concerts and festivals, and has a slight obsession with international travel.
