MICROSENSOR

The MicroSensor was established in 1993 (Kiev, Ukraine). It is an enterprise engaged in research, development and production of novel innovative products in the field of semiconductor sensors and devices. The MicroSensor research team has gained wide experience in development and characterization of (i) sensors based on semiconductors and intended for measurements of temperature, magnetic field, strain, pressure and optical radiation and (ii) semiconductor devices for various microwave applications.
