MHP

MHP is a boutique firm specialized in all matters of Intellectual Property (IP) Law with offices in Munich (head office) and Dresden (satellite office). Our core competences lie in filing and prosecuting all available IP rights, i.e. in particular patents, utility models, trademarks, and designs, patent and trademark litigation proceedings, and drafting of legal opinions. Further, MHP is often involved in multi-national licensing negotiations, in particular in the electronics, mechanical and telecommunications sector... In total, MHP employs about 40 people. The team of attorneys and technical staff is highly qualified, the members holding degrees of top European or German universities. Due to our medium size, we have no administrative overhead and, together with our powerful IT environment, we constantly aim for reducing costs and increasing services for our clients.
