Jana has over 15 years of corporate Human Resource experience in both recruiting and employee benefits. Her solid background in HR helps her fully understand the needs of both our clients and candidates. While this is her first experience is agency recruiting, she is no stranger to staffing. Jana partnered with the M&A team in hiring professionals for her past company.

In 2016, I joined the Milliner & Associates Team and began my professional career as an intern. Upon completion of my Bachelor's degree with the Kelley School, I was able to combine my intern experience, education and passion for service as an M&A Recruiting Specialist, Sr. Recruiting Specialist and now a Client Service Manager. In my current role, my goal is to continue to develop and grow the reach that Milliner & Associates has on the Indianapolis market in order to continue to be a resource to the amazing professionals around the area. Focusing in on temp, temp to hire and direct hire staffing services, our team brings a personal touch with a high level of service to the staffing field.

Linda is a recent graduate from Indiana University and received her B.S. in Marketing. She has always had a passion for people and believes the key to success is building meaningful relationships based on mutual respect. She is excited to start her recruiting career with Milliner & Associates and eager to learn from the wonderful team that supports and surrounds her. With this role, she hopes to grow within the company and build her professional experience that will stay with her for a lifetime.

Lucy is currently attending Indiana Wesleyan University to finish her bachelor's degree in Business Administration specializing in Marketing. She has a passion for team-collaboration, customer engagement, social media marketing, and strong aptitude for learning. Her unconventional way of thinking has unlocked her full potential and created a unique path line with highly sought-after opportunities. Tammy is currently attending Indiana State University to finish her Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development following her Associate's degree in Business Administration at Ivy Tech Community College. She has chosen to come work with Milliner & Associates to further her recruiting and staffing career.
