NCCJ is a DEI anchor institute, community convener, and catalyst for change. Our vision is to help humans human better together... NCCJ, the National Conference for Community and Justice has been helping humans human better together since 1927... NCCJ provides programs, consulting and education for youth to adults on social justice issues related to social identity in order to reduce bias, bullying, oppression, and discrimination. Meeting individuals at the intersectionality of nine core areas of identity: ability, age, body size, class, gender, race, religion, sex and sexual orientation. These constructs create the sense of who we are and how we move through the world.
