Physiology is the foundation for the practice of Medicine: How things work, what can go wrong... Being a busy clinician educator can be challenging, but here at UC Irvine, we want you to know there are resources available to you for success in your academic medicine career. My duties include information sessions on file preparation in the merit/promotion review, program development for mentoring of faculty and career development opportunities in the areas of teaching, leadership and wellbeing. Supporting growth and empowerment of an individual is the ultimate reward for me as a doctor, teacher, peer and human being...
