PAPER TUBES

We are manufacture of paper tubes. We make different kind of paper tubes. There are many type of paper tubes as Open-End paper tubes, DTY tubes, POY tubes etc. Open-End paper tubes are generally used in fabric industries, toilet paper industries, textile industries and many other industries. DTY tubes are used in yarn winding and spinning mills. These tubes are made of Kraft paper and adhesives. To make any tube first we make tube according inner diameter and thickness then we re-cut it according to length. In this way open-end tubes are prepared. To make DTY tube after this process we have to use bend nosing machine. To make DTY tube we use poster paper and parchment paper on outer side according to requirement of costumer. Paper tubes are used in mailing, gift packing, tools and part protection, classy candle packaging, cosmetic and jewelry packaging.
