PRA is pleased to announce that Joe Fine has recently joined our team as Vice President of Leasing. Joe joins PRA with over 7 years of experience in commercial real estate and holds a Real Estate Salesperson license in the State of Minnesota. His expertise is in landlord and tenant representation, property management, lease negotiation, project management, and conflict resolution.
In addition to his new role at PRA, Joe is a partner of seven commercial properties located in the Twin Cities, managing the day-to-day operations and is the property broker. Prior to beginning his career in real estate, Joe managed two non-profit organizations in Chicago.
Outside of the office, Joe coaches High School fastpitch softball and enjoys spending time with his wife and son, and going to sporting events. Joe holds a bachelor's degree in education from the University of Kansas.
