Real Property Metrics, Inc. was founded by Blake Lacy, CCIM, in 2012 in San Antonio, Texas. The company was founded out of a desire to provide a professional and cost effective Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) analysis program. After being trained on and utilizing other leading programs such as Argus DCF TM for many clients, Blake became convinced that there was a market need for a professional, full-featured DCF program that did not require intensive training to use or understand. After several years of development, the models of Real Property Metrics, Inc. were created to fill this need... Real Property Metrics, Inc. specializes in full-featured Discounted Cash Flow analysis software for commercial real estate.
