RDC - Key Persons

Mr. Shari Rokni found Rokni Development Company (RDC) in 1989. He spent his early time educating the developers, consultants, and even some of the personels within the State of California Water resources control Board to deal with the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). Over the years, RDC has been working hard to assure keeping the construction sites fine free from the county or state inspectors by applying proper Best Managment Practices (BMPs) available.
