RDG ENGINEERS - Key Persons
As Principal, Ioan will be a primary decision-maker in the management of our team of engineers and a key visionary in establishing the direction for the future growth of the firm. He will work closely with Rodney on office procedures and strategies and will be central to day-to-day operations and project delivery for our clients.
As Senior Associate, Jaclyn will continue to manage some of the firm's most complex projects that span from large-scale affordable housing to intricate modern residences and the renovation of historic structures. She will also be an integral decision maker for the future direction of the firm.

Since the establishment of the firm in 1997, Rod has served as the structural engineer for almost 2,600 projects of varying type, size, usage, and criteria. These range from new high rise structural steel and reinforced concrete buildings, to intricate repair and restoration of historic structures, exotic exposed decorative stairs, wood and timber framed construction, and fine art sculptures.
