Originally from New Haven Connecticut, Dr. Antonetti is a graduate of Georgetown University where he completed his Bachelor of Science degree, earning magna cum laude honors, and Medical degree with honors. An Air Force veteran, Dr. Antonetti was stationed with the 506th Air Expeditionary Group at Freedom Air Base in Kirkuk, Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Dr. Antonetti specializes in minimally invasive surgery. He performs more than 400 laparoscopic operations per year. Additionally, he is active in all aspects of general surgery.

Dr. Hughes attended the University of North Carolina, graduating summa cum laude. He received his medical degree and master's degree in public health from Duke University School of Medicine. Dr. Hughes spent five years in the U.S. Air Force. He completed additional training in thoracic surgery at Keesler Air Force Base. He also served as a general and thoracic surgeon at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, completing two tours in Iraq. His practice encompasses the full range of general and thoracic surgery, including bariatric surgery.
