Rashmee qualified as a Solicitor in 1983 and is a Partner in the firm. Rashmee's main area of work is in family law, wills and probate. She just about knows how to spell "conveyancing" but that is as far as her knowledge of property law goes. Rashmee's experience of many years in family law covers the full range of dealing with pre-nuptial agreements, divorce and separation, disputes over the care of children, resolving financial disputes where a relationship has broken-down. Rashmee can help you with advice on making your wills, helping you with probate when you have lost someone and their financial affairs have to be sorted out. She also helps with setting up lasting powers of attorney and applications to the court of protection.

Sehdev qualified as a solicitor in 1984 and is a partner in the firm. Sehdev has many clients that he has known for many years who value his advice and opinion in property matters, whether when moving home or commercial conveyancing. He takes the same approach when dealing with his other areas or work - lasting powers of attorney, wills and probate. As the only male in the office he is well looked after and pulls rank when he needs the last Hob Nob biscuit. Badminton and golf are his passions and is known to sneak a quick nap, if possible, at lunch time.
