Jim founded the company in 1979 in Lynn, Massachusetts. From his humble beginnings as the preferred electrical contractor for customers like West Lynn Creamery and Old Neighborhood Foods, Jim has built the company into a mid-sized electrical construction firm with a reputation for quality work. Jim takes great pride in not only the quality of the finished product, but in never missing a deadline in over forty years of business. Jim has made a reputation for always willing to go the extra mile to please a customer. Jim still personally services many of the customers he began working for back in 1979.

John joined SEI in January of 2001. At that time SEI was looking to branch out into the growing fire alarm market. John had been managing a fire alarm installation and service company and possessed a vast knowledge of the fire alarm industry. Once onboard, John began to grow our fire alarm customer base into what it is today. We know service dozens of accounts that rely on SEI for their annual fire alarm testing and maintenance. We also design and install fire alarm systems for new commercial and industrial properties as well as many fire alarm renovation projects. Some of the notable customers that John and his group service include City of Lynn Schools, Lesley University, Brooks School, Middlesex School and Bentley University to name a few. As well as heading up the fire alarm division at SEI, John also estimates and managers a number of electrical projects. John took on the role of Vice President in 2009. John holds certifications with Notifier Fire Alarm Systems and holds electrical licenses in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Paul began his career with SEI in 2001 as a job site foreman and fire alarm technician. In 2005 Paul was brought into the office to help with estimating and project management. In 2009 Paul moved into his current role as Vice President. Some of Paul's notable customer base includes MIT Lincoln Laboratory, Verizon Communications, Lesley University and Harvard University Real Estate. Paul also deals with daily scheduling of our field staff. Paul holds electrical licenses in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Ron (Russell) is a licensed electrician and also serves as our company safety officer. He maintains information and records on company safety policies, MSDS sheets and PPE and tool maintenance. If one needs any such information or to report safety or accident issues, contact Russell.
