SPRING PASTURES

Our cattle live in pastures containing lush green grasses and plants with plenty of fresh water from flowing springs and a deep water source. They also have lots of fresh air and exercise as they graze freely, walking throughout our rolling pastures located in Hillsdale County, Michigan. There is no the need for hormones, antibiotics, or steroids. The beef is leaner and healthier than much of the commercially produced beef... When cattle are raised in crowded feedlots, like those often sold through grocery stores and fast food restaurants, they are fed fattening grains and get minimal exercise. When growth hormones are added to the mix, those cattle grow even faster than normal. The result is fat cattle. This translates into fat beef. When you buy fat beef, you are paying for lots of fat.
