Townsend Appraisals was founded in 1992 by Bob Townsend, initially concentrating on providing appraisals for lending institutions for home loans. At the request of local condominium managers and building owners, he expanded the business to include insurance valuations and before long that became the company's primary focus. Rick Logan came on board in 1996 and together they grew the business into the leading company of its kind in Southwest Florida... Townsend Appraisals is committed to providing our clients with accurate, comprehensive appraisals they can use to set insurance limits on their buildings and amenities and feel confident they are not over or under insured in the case of a loss.
