The Tule River Indian Health Center, Inc. is dedicated to providing the finest comprehensive health care available to all Native Americans and other qualified recipients. We currently have one location to serve our Native American patients/clients. Our Center is located on the Tule River Indian Reservation, approximately 18 miles East of Porterville, California... TRIHCI has completed a community health assessment! This assessment identifies the healthcare needs of the community we serve.
