Adams & Co. is an Atlanta based owner, manager and developer of retail and office properties. We have been in business since 1979. Our office is in the Atlanta Board of Realtors building in Sandy Springs, with all of our properties under an hour's drive from the office allowing us to meet a prospective tenant or respond to a property management issue in a very timely manner. We own the majority of our properties, and manage all of our properties ourselves and invite you to speak with any of our tenants for a reference. You will enjoy doing business with us... Since 1984, we have acquired and redeveloped existing properties, and developed properties from ground up as well. We are active in both multi-tenant and single tenant properties. We can build to suit to exactly meet a tenant's needs. We believe that the property owner is the best manager, and therefore all of our properties are managed in-house.
