• Founder and Director of Paragon Architects

Anthony is the founder and director of Paragon Architects. As a multiple award-winning architect, Anthony's core expertise in the practice are as design director and project principal on complex, fast-track projects that rely on cost engineering and workshopped construction solutions. Prior to starting Paragon, Anthony worked as a Project Finance specialist at Standard Bank.

Since joining Alchemy in 2008, Arthur has been responsible for the highly-successful delivery and management of several complex buildings and refurbishment projects. Prior to joining the company, Arthur was a property manager at Broll and project manager at Paragon Interiors, each for 3 years.

Gregory served as CEO of Alchemy from its inception in January 2007 until December 2022. His key responsibilities included strategic planning, capital raising, acquisitions, lease negotiations, financial structuring and disposals. Gregory continues to serve as a director of Alchemy providing strategic insight and guidance. Gregory is a qualified attorney with experience in private equity and structured finance. In 2013, he was awarded the ABSA Business Achievers Award for Entrepreneurship.

• Head of Asset Management for the Schneier Group

Steffen has been the Head of Asset Management for the Schneier Group since 1999. He brings his many years of successful investment expertise to Alchemy and provides key strategic insight and guidance. Prior to joining The Schneier Group in 1999, Steffen was a director of the Institutional Equity Brokerage Division of Brown Brothers Harriman & CO., a Wall Street Merchant Bank, which he joined in 1990.
