Aaron brings a wealth of knowledge to the team through his years of working in insurance, as a trainer and an asbestos building inspector. He has a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Aaron enjoys golfing, fishing, traveling and great food. Being part of a supportive team, but more like a loving family is what Aaron enjoys about ALM the most.

Brad comes from an extensive restoration background, which drives his success as Superintendent for ALM. Brad's genuine nature to help others goes above and beyond expectations and is what our clients love most about him. Brad enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and daughter and being a sportsman in the great hunting and fishing areas of Colorado outside of work.

Charles has over a decade of construction, general manager, and shop experience. He is the starting point at our production shop to make sure our crews are lined out and well taken care of on all ALM job's running. Charles loves the Colorado outdoors and looks forward to his annual hunting trips.

Christine has over 15 years' experience with office/production management. She is very driven, hardworking and excited to take on her position with ALM. In her time outside of work, she enjoys being actively on the go with her children's sports and hobbies.

Dawne is a breath of fresh air who brings her passion for helping people to the ALM abatement process with communication, scheduling production, and keeping the ALM fleet of vehicles moving and maintained. When Dawne is not at work, she enjoys time with her son, four-wheeling, and hiking.

Kellie Cobb is a marketing expert equipped with 30 years of experience. She uses her extensive knowledge and network to blend energy, creativity, and innovative marketing strategies with a keen sense of detail and accountability. You can find her on the sidelines when she's not working, watching her kids play softball and varsity baseball.

Kerri Gray has well over a decade of experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager. Her favorite part about working at ALM Abatements is building relationships with customers and the satisfaction of overcoming challenges. In Kerri's free time she loves spending time with her daughter and traveling.

Monika has a bachelor's degree in Business Management and 25 year of experience working as an accountant. When she is not making sure all the t's are crossed and i's are dotted, Monika takes full advantage of the Colorado outdoors year round with hiking or traveling by ATV or snowmobile depending on the season.

Scott is a home-grown Colorado business owner. He has owned and operated ALM Abatements for over a decade. Scott is passionate about giving people hope when they are discouraged about the condition of their home or business and values the ability to help customers understand the abatement process.
