We believe that food is best when it is local, fresh and seasonal and that's why we connect the urban city of Brighton & Hove with the surrounding rural areas and use local suppliers for all our support services as well as our produce... We are a local business that is committed to helping our local community. We currently support two very worthwhile local charities with a percentage of our profits. 'Kidz Klub Brighton' provide several youth clubs in the Brighton area and 'Off The Fence' support marginalised groups in Brighton including vulnerable women and the homeless... Fruit and Veg Boxes in Brighton and areas of East Sussex. Local, fresh and seasonal produce from the surrounding areas of Brighton.
