Anya Goodridge

Biography Anya Goodridge brings 20 years of relationship management experience to Auour having worked in development (fundraising) in the Boston area. Before a career in fundraising, Anya's first introduction to finance was at Independence Investment Associates in the early nineties (where, sadly, she did not overlap with Joe). Anya's development experience includes Harvard University, MIT's Whitehead Institute for Biomedical Research, and the ALS Therapy Development Institute. Anya lives in Hamilton and with two teenage sons and her dog, Lucky.

Joseph Hosler

Biography Joseph Hosler brings 26 years of investment experience serving the needs of large institutional clients. His background includes portfolio management and investment analysis, predominantly focused on domestic and international public companies. Prior to the founding of Auour, Joe led investment activities within various sectors at Pioneer, Babson Capital, Putnam Investments, and Independence Investment Associates (IIA). While at IIA, Joe drove the effort to design, develop, and launch one of the first quantitatively driven tax-efficient investment approaches focused on individuals and taxable organizations. Joe holds an MBA from The Darden School of the University of Virginia, as well as, a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University. He currently serves on the investment committee of the Montserrat College of Art and has served on the Board of Trustees and as the Treasurer of Glen Urquhart School, as well as, the chair of Wenham Affordability Housing Trust. Joe resides in Manchester-by-the-Sea, MA with his wife of 30 years, two children (who are thankfully out of the house), and three dogs.

Keller Schlueter

Biography Keller joined the Auour team at the start of 2020 to build a consultative advisor sales process. Keller began her investment career in 2014 at AssetMark. She supported both the regional and internal sales teams with their investment and practice management initiatives. Keller has extensive experience, both helping advisors work with multiple asset allocation approaches, and integrating them into their practices. Keller earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Denison University in Granville, OH. When Keller isn't engaging with advisors, she and her dog, Bruce spend most of their days exploring the Rockies and supporting Chicago sports teams from their home in Denver!

Kenneth Doerr

Biography Ken Doerr's 29 years of experience includes successfully managing funds with both growth and value mandates, long/short hedge funds, long-only portfolios, quantitative research, and risk modeling. Prior to the founding of Auour, Ken was a Senior Portfolio Manager Mid/SMid-Cap Growth and Head of Quantitative Research for Evergreen Investments Fundamental Equity Group. Prior to Evergreen, Ken was Founding Partner, Chief Investment Officer of Trilene Endeavour Partners, a newly-organized firm offering Market Neutral U.S. Equity Hedge Fund. Ken was a Portfolio Manager at 2100 Capital Group, a subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan, managing the 2100 Capital Endeavour Fund, a market neutral equity hedge fund. Prior to 2100 Capital Group, he was a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Putnam Investments where he managed a $1 billion dollar sub-account of the Mid-Cap Putnam Vista Fund, a growth fund, and a $3.5 billion sub-account of the Specialty Growth Putnam New Opportunities Fund. Ken served as a member of the portfolio team at Equinox Capital Management that managed a $4.5 billion dollar sub-advisor account of Vanguard Windsor II, a large cap-value oriented fund. He was the portfolio manager for the Equinox Mid-Cap Value Fund. Before joining Equinox, Ken was a Senior Quantitative Analyst at Sanford C. Bernstein. He earned an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Brown University and a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from the Cooper Union. Ken resides in Bolton, MA with his wife of 25 years, his daughter, two cats, and one horse.

Mark Naylor - Managing Director

Biography Mark Naylor is a Managing Director of Auour Investments responsible for international clients. In addition, Mark has been a Managing Director of Partner Capital, Inc. ("PCI"), a financial and strategic consulting company, since 2014. Prior to PCI, Mr. Naylor was a Managing Director (and primary US manager) with TransOcean Capital from 2004 to 2014, where he managed approximately $100 million of private equity capital for Gulf Investment House (GIH), a leading Shariah-compliant investment firm based in Kuwait. Concurrently with these activities, Mr. Naylor also became the lead US manager for Innovest Capital, GIH's US real estate group, from 2009 to2014. At Innovest Capital, Mr. Naylor managed a $142 million(equity) portfolio in multi-family, medical office building, hotel, and land assets in the eastern US and Canada. Prior to joining TransOcean Capital and Innovest Capital, Mr. Naylor was a principal with Overture Capital Partners, a private equity firm based in Boston, from 2000 to 2004. From 1997 through 2000, Mr. Naylor was a principal with Stolberg, Meehan & Scano, a New York-based private equity firm managing two private equity funds. Mr. Naylor has a B.S. in Business Administration with highest honors from Boston University and an M.B.A. with honors from Columbia Business School.

Robert Kuftinec

Biography Robert Kuftinec has a background in corporate finance having worked in both investment banking and private equity. Prior to the founding of Auour, Robert was a Managing Director at TransOcean Capital where he was responsible for significant foreign equity and real estate investments in the United States. Prior to TransOcean, he was a Managing Director at Overture Capital Partners, a private equity investment firm focused on the middle market, and a Managing Director at Shields & Company, a Boston-based investment bank. Robert has been active on several corporate Boards of Directors including those at the Deutsche Asset Management Small Cap Fund (NYSE), Stronghaven, Inc., and Halcore Inc. He also has been a board member and treasurer at several non-profit organizations. He has an undergraduate degree from Babson College and earned an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia. Robert resides in Carlisle, MA with his wife of 27 years and two children.
