BALD HILLS OLIVE GROVE

Bald Hills Olive Grove, established in 1998, is a family owned and run grove. It is situated on the Laratinga Creek, in the picturesque Adelaide Hills, overlooked by Mt Barker summit. We have a wide range of tree varieties from across the Mediterranean. These include Frantoio, Pendolino, Nevadillo Blanco, Koroneiki, and the well known Kalamata. The trees grow in rich, fertile, clay-loam soil, experiencing high rainfall in winter and long hot dry summers. Our olives are machine harvested when ripe and cold pressed straight away to extract the finest quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
