My name is Mrs Holgate and I am the Headteacher at Barden Primary School. I would very much like to welcome you and your child to the thriving school community of Barden. Barden is a happy, caring school where hard work and good behaviour are expected and achieved. We encourage children to develop their talents and seek excellence in all that they do. We expect our children and adults to support one another and to celebrate each other's achievements... We offer a safe, caring environment and provide a wealth of learning opportunities that ensure that each child develops socially, academically and emotionally. We hope that our new website provides you with an overview of the special nature of our school community and the wonderful work which goes on here. We are so proud of our school and strongly believe that in our children we inspire a lifelong love for learning.
