Our focus is on seasonal food, local produce, innovative recipes, and the drinks that pair best with them. Our managing partners/chefs, along with our sous-chef, have amassed experience in food styles from around the world, including: Italian, French, Asian, Caribbean, and Mediterranean. They are especially proud of their scratch-cooking and "slow food" preparation abilities.
