With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Shamblin is known for her patient-first approach and passion for whole-person eye care. She combines advanced training with a deep commitment to helping patients protect their vision, manage eye diseases, and live healthier lives. Originally from Martin, TN, Dr. Gregory earned her Biology degree from UT Martin before completing her Doctor of Optometry at Southern College of Optometry in 1986. She began her career as a U.S. Air Force optometrist, serving as a First Lieutenant and later Captain at Castle AFB in California. Dr. Gregory is married with three children. Outside the clinic, she enjoys singing-she once performed the National Anthem at a Nashville Sounds game-and serves in both the praise band and children's ministry at her church.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Grissom enjoys beach trips, Disney World, and time with his wife, Katy, and their twin boys.
