Our goal is simple; to work with the permit applicant whether they are a homeowner or seasoned contractor. We recognize the need for fast turn-around of both plan review and field inspections. The state's mandate for inspections should not slow construction and we will work with you to meet your deadlines... We work with you not against you. We do one thing, Uniform Construction Code Enforcement. There are inspectors that represent themselves as builders, plumbers, design professional, construction managers and engineers. We have always recognized a conflict in allowing an inspector to "contract" on the side and forbid our inspectors from doing so. An applicant should not have to worry about bidding against an inspector on a job.
