Brain Based Safety aims to promote safety in organizations through safe behavior. It is based on recent knowledge of the brain. It explains how safe behavior arises, why we do or don't do things and how this is influenced. The core message is that the basis of safe behavior is innate. It is literally in our DNA. This base was very effective for a long time.
