BOLD PRODUCTION SERVICES - Key Persons
Austin is the Chief Operating Officer of Bold Production Services helping manage our fleet of production and treating assets and engineering. He is also responsible for establishing and directing our field service team by driving a customer service first and peer to peer accountability culture.
Prior to joining Bold, Austin worked at Zephyr Gas Services. Zephyr was a Houston based natural gas treating and processing service company focusing on amine treating, glycol dehydration, natural gas cooling, and other natural gas treating equipment. Austin started at Zephyr as a field technician where he assisted in day to day operations, installations, demobilizations, and logistics. Eventually he held the position of Asset Manager where his role was to track, maintain, manage capital equipment and field projects.
Zephyr was acquired by Regency Energy Partners in 2010 and Austin maintained his position through 2013 until joining Bold. Austin holds a BBA in Corporate Finance and minor in Accounting from the University of Texas in Austin.

As President of Bold, Blake is responsible for driving revenue and developing innovative product lines that satisfy the needs of Bold's customers giving them the edge in an industry that is constantly evolving. Blake's scope of work includes leading the sales organization and infusing a culture that is customer focused and quality driven.
Blake previously served as Manager of Flowback and Gas Processing for GasFrac Energy Services. At GasFrac he managed the company's flowback, fluid reclamation, and gas processing operations in the US and Canada. During his tenure at GasFrac, Blake managed multiple generations of GasFrac's waterless fracturing technology and the reclamation process.
Prior to GasFrac, Blake was a Managing Partner at Five Star Oil and Gas, a subsidiary of Time Technical Services. At Five Star he managed operations and the service team that focused on gas treating and processing. Blake studied Business along with Exercise and Sports Science at Texas State University, San Marcos.

Tim Burkett serves as Chief Financial Officer of Bold where he manages the finance, accounting, and general and administrative functions of the Company.
Prior to joining Bold, Tim served as Chief Financial Officer for Energy Solutions International, Inc. where he managed the finance, accounting, and administration. Energy Solutions was a leading provider of decision support software and services to the energy logistics and transportation markets and was sold to Emerson in 2016.
Prior to Energy Solutions, Tim helped found, and served as the Chief Financial Officer, of Petris Technology, Inc., a leader in the integrated data management and business intelligence solutions to the upstream oil and gas market. Tim managed the finance functions for Petris and the opening of offices in Calgary, London, Perth and Bangalore to provide worldwide support of the company's offerings. Petris was sold to Halliburton in 2012. Tim holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas.
