CAREER EXPLORATION CLUB

The Career Exploration Club is a social enterprise that provides guided career exploration, career direction and coaching to youth and young adults through interactive Workshops, After-school Programs, Lunch&Learns, and "Career Connections" - our annual (free) Youth Conference... The Career Exploration Club was founded by Valerie Kaye in 2012, as a way to give students a "method to the madness" when it came to determining what career paths are personally suitable for them, and what programs they should take in post-secondary school... Our mission is to motivate youth to plan and prepare for their futures, by guiding them to explore themselves, explore career options, connect with and shadow industry professionals as a taste-test, research post-secondary programs and scholarships, and find personally suitable career matches that blend their passions and strengths with consideration of the labour market and opportunities.
