Dean Rushton

Dean has over fifteen years' experience as a marketing and operational strategy specialist within the financial services industry. Dean is currently the Director/Principal of Direct Target, a digital marketing and consulting firm specialising in high performance online lead generation. Previously he worked as Chief Operating Officer for LoanMarket and X Inc. Finance, a financial services start-up he co-founded. He also has considerable experience with some of Australia's largest lenders, including Aussie and Westpac Banking Corporation. Dean is a Graduate and Member of Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Jeremy Bierer

Jeremy is a pre-construction specialist with considerable experience in establishing projects for the infrastructure sector and the built environment. He is currently the National Business Development Director at Daly International, and is also responsible for its engineering subsidiary Woolacotts. Jeremy has a very strong network of relationships with financial institutions, architects, project managers and commercial builders. Jeremy was previously a building and construction analyst for economic consultancy BIS Shrapnel.

Kieran Martin - Founder

Kieran has over 17 years' experience in the financial services industry. Kieran is the co-founder of CheckVault, founder of Hill Capital, and Chairman of Watkins Coffey Martin Chartered Accountants. Kieran holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning.

Tim Casey

Tim has over 20 years' experience in the financial services industry. He previously held a number of senior positions at St George Bank, including Senior Manager, Electronic Channels and Manager, Group Internet and e-commerce. Tim has Private Banking experience with Barclays Bank Australia Ltd.
