Dr Beau Zanin

Beau is a registered osteopath with AHPRA, graduating from Victoria University here in Melbourne with a Bachelor of Health Science (osteopathy) and a Masters of Health Science (osteopathy. Key interests for Beau include hands on treatment on the table in tandem with strength and conditioning and moving the body. Overall assisting people to reach their optimal level of health by treating the person as a whole not just the condition. Eager to help people function to their full capacity Beau enjoys treating a range of issues varying from plantar fasciitis and tennis elbow to low back and neck pains. A key interest for Beau is sport and assisting people across multiple codes reach their goals on and off the field. It is a pivotal part of Beau's treatment style that sees a rapport being built before gaining an understanding and deciding what the plan of attack is to resolve the issue at hand. Conjunction treatment methods offered include dry needling, cupping, shockwave and laser therapy. In his spare time he loves surfing, AFL, basketball, mixed netball, golf, playing tennis and catching up with family and friends.

Dr Jake Maher

Jake graduated from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy). Jake's passion as an osteopath beganthrough his early teens as a result of suffering various sporting injuries and receiving effective osteopathic treatment to help manage them. Jake has always had a keen interest in guiding his patients through the management of their injuries and pains and prides himself on tailoring individual treatment and management plans to have his patients able to function to the best of their ability. He has a strong interest in treating a wide variety of conditions and presentations ranging from sporting injuries to neck and back pain and headaches as well as treating patients from all walks of life presenting with both acute or chronic conditions. Jake is a highly personable and enthusiastic practitioner who prides himself on building strong relationships with patients and watching them get back to doing what they love. Jake uses a direct and holistic hands on approach and uses a wide range of techniques and management strategies to achieve the best results for each individual patient. Jake has completed further training in EMS shockwave therapy, myofascial dry needling, taping and exercise rehabilitation and regularly incorporates these modalities into his treatment. Outside of osteopathy, Jake enjoys watching and playing a wide range of sports, keeping active and socializing and going out with friends and family.

Dr Jarrod Testa

Jarrod Testa is an Osteopath who studied at Victoria University. Prior to that, Jarrod completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science at Australian Catholic University, and is a qualified personal trainer. Jarrod has a strong interest in treating recreational gym enthusiasts, powerlifters, olympic lifters and any field based athlete. Jarrod also enjoys treating the everyday person, via a hands on, direct approach. Jarrod is committed to further education, and in his spare time you will either find him at the gym, with his mates or furthering his knowledge at various short courses. Jarrod understands how frustrating it is to be injured/ and or in pain, and treats all of his patients like athletes, wanting to return to sport. He values the importance of returning patients to whatever activity they may choose to participate in, whether that be competitive, recreational, or just being pain free in everyday life. Jarrod is currently available Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Dr Matthew Arena

Matthew graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Science (Clinical Science) and a Masters of Health Science (Osteopathy). At a young age, Matthew experienced many injuries throughout various sports and realised how much Osteopathy helped him. It is the reason for Matthew's desire, enthusiasm and dedication to now help others achieve their own health goals. Matthew has a warm and welcoming character and enjoys treating patients of all ages. He is committed to establishing the root cause of your complaint, consistently incorporating exercise rehabilitation with a personal interest in strength and conditioning. Matthew recognises the importance of an individualised management plan for each patient to ensure they meet their needs and achieve their health goals. He focuses on treating the patient as a whole incorporating various manual therapy techniques as well as exercises, taping and the use of EMS shockwave and laser therapy.

Dr Melissa Rossetti

Melissa graduated from her mAster's degree in Osteopathy in 2011 and is passionate about the benefits that this holistic approach to healing can provide for all age groups and many conditions. Melissa treats a variety of patient complaints and is particularly interested in women and children's well being and visceral health, in which she has expanded her expertise with further study over the past few years. She believes wholly in the support of the organ system and its connections in the human body to obtain optimal health no matter what age you are. Melissa is also able to assist in easing your pain during pregnancy and helps treat common issues seen in infants and children. Your health is important to Melissa and her aim for every individual is to achieve their personal goals, whether it is recovery from injury or optimising you and your families general well being.

Dr Sara Polastri

After completing her degree at RMIT, Sara has worked at multiple clinics throughout Victoria and Queensland. This has allowed her to broaden her knowledge and treatment style. Sara has completed her Cert IV in Mat Pilates & Level 1 Dry Needling course.

Dr Thomas Roach

Tom graduated from RMIT university with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy). Tom has always had a keen interest in the human body and how best to live a healthy life leading to him pursuing a career in Osteopathy. Tom prides himself on providing his patients with a holistic approach to his treatment and management and tailoring his plans to each individual patient to provide the best care for them. He has an interest in treating a wide range of patients from athletes to desk workers and everyone in between. Tom also has a keen interest in treating sporting injuries and providing patients with the ability to get back to their favourite activities is fast as possible. Tom incorporates a range of osteopathic techniques in to his treatment and has further training in dry needling and cupping. Tom has a strong interest in rehabilitation and will often assess a patients activities and incorporate an at home exercise program to help improve life for his patients outside of the treatment room.

Dr Tina Maio

Tina is an Australian qualified Osteopath with a background in Physical Education, who graduated from Victoria University in 1999. She works closely with elite and professional athletes at an international level including Australia's leading golfers, with her current stable of players on the US PGA Tour, Nationwide Tour, European Tour, One Asia Tour, Japanese Tour and PGA and LPGA. Tina's experience includes working with triathlon, AFL, soccer and tennis, where she can help athletes and people from all walks of life achieve their personal best. From assessment, treatment, restoring function and improving efficiency of movement, Tina works closely with coaches and trainers to achieve the best outcome for her patients. Tina is thorough in her examination and diagnosis of musculoskeletal conditions. She has particular interest in prescribing exercises to overcome injuries and to rectify imbalances caused by poor posture and bad habits. Tina is also a Functional Performance Specialist, recognised by NIKE and the Gray Institute, which encourages a holistic and logical approach to treatment. Most of all Tina enjoys working with a cross section of people from all walks of life and the challenge that each of them bring. As a mum she relates well to children and teenagers and is passionate about getting people back to doing what they enjoy.

Dr Tino D'Angelo

Tino D'Angelo is a Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Musculoskeletal Therapist. He holds Bachelor degrees in Acupuncture and Musculoskeletal Therapy, and a Master of Chinese Herbal Medicine. Over the past 20 years, Tino has taught in Chinese Medicine and manual therapy programs at various institutions, and has lectured nationally and internationally. He has many interests within the fields of Chinese medicine and manual therapies, however, is especially committed to the study and treatment of pain and dysfunction.

Dr. Christina Tziros

Christina graduated from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy). With a professional and friendly nature, Christina enjoys working with patients of all ages and treating a range of acute and chronic conditions. She has a special interest in back and neck pain, postural issues, repetitive strain injuries and sporting injuries. Christina uses an array of hands on techniques and management strategies specific to each individual's needs. She has completed courses in myofascial dry needling, cupping and radial shockwave therapy and integrates those skills within her treatment. She takes great pride in seeing the positive effect osteopathy has on improving the health and wellbeing of her patients. Christina is fully registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is a member of Osteopathy Australia.

Dr. Claire Reed

Claire graduated from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Health Science & Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy). Since completing her studies, she has developed a passion for a whole body approach to health and wellbeing. Claire has furthered her studies with courses in dry needling, cupping, taping and women's health. Claire spent a month treating patients at the SportsMed Orthopaedic hospital in Mumbai and the SMRC hospital in Goa, where she developed an interest in knee and shoulder injuries. Here she worked with patients before and after their operations and was able to sit in and observe knee reconstruction surgeries. Claire enjoys the treatment and management of neck, shoulder and TMJ complaints, and holds a particular interest in female reproductive health. Claire is a registered practitioner with AHPRA and is a member of Osteopathy Australia.

Dr. David Arena

David graduated with a Master of Health Science in Osteopathy from Victoria University in 2019 he is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is a member of the Australian Osteopathic Association. He has worked with Northern Saints Football club and state and national level volleyball players, he has also provided strength and conditioning coaching for young elite athletes. David has a strong interest in Health and Fitness and an increasing interest in nutrition and gut health. Outside of Osteo enjoys training at the gym and spending time with friends and family. He also enjoys to travel and to learn about different cultures and languages. He is a qualified sports trainer and has completed additional training in shockwave, myofascial therapy and functional movement. David enjoys treating a variety of people with both acute and chronic conditions. He enjoys seeing patients regain the ability to get back to doing what they love.

Dr. Jordan Konstan

Jordan is a driven Osteopath who enjoys treating peoplefrom all walks of life. He believes the body works as a unit, and focuses on the interplay of structure and function to achieve the best outcome for his patients. Since completing the Selective Functional Movement Assessment through FMS - Jordan combines a movement based approach to a strong Osteopathic foundation. With a balance of functional assessment and hands-on treatment, his main goal is to target the underlying cause of pain or dysfunction - in turn contributing to a better quality of life. Jordan understands that with each person come different goals. Identifying these primary goals is key for each individual to get back doing what they love, with as little energy required. Whether it be weekend sports or some work around the house - Jordan thoroughly enjoys helping people of all age and ability to move often and move well.

Rachael Sacco

Rachael Sacco is a Naturopath with 17 years of clinical experience. She treats many conditions ranging from digestive disorders, anxiety, depression, reproductive issues and common complaints such as immune dysfunction, arthritis and nutritional deficiencies.
