She is able to identify workplace inefficiencies by conducting audits on current HR policies and procedures to improve business processes to reduce employer costs. She is skilled in talent management, full cycle recruiting and onboarding, performance management, training and development and helping with HRIS set up and training and was nominated for the 2022 Top Recruiter Award. Avtar has experience working with clients of many different industries from accounting and I.T. to cryptocurrency and hydroponics. She is able to absorb and process information and data to generate innovative ideas, strategies and solutions to business problems that challenge the status quo. Avtar enjoys writing on industry hot topics to create awareness and educate others on trending topics. She holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology, a Human Resources Diploma and is a CPHR candidate. Cindy has been immersed in the HR field for over 15 years with experience across Alberta and British Columbia. As a School of Business, University of Alberta Alumni, Cindy brings people operations experience from a diverse array of industries spanning government, academia, food manufacturing and more. Working for Daeco is not just a job for Cindy but is truly a lifestyle! Being part of a close-knit team and having the autonomy to think big is a welcomed breath of fresh air. Cindy is thrilled to work for Daeco as they strive to challenge the norm and elevate the standard while advocating for balance and wellness. Mental health in the workplace is a true passion of Cindy's. To help elevate her skillset in this field, Cindy is currently pursuing her Master of Arts (MA) in Counselling Psychology. Her end goal is to partner with clients to provide in-house counselling services and create impactful wellness programs to support organizational growth. Outside of work, Cindy spends most of her time with family - her immediate and large extended crew! She has two active girls and a restaurateur husband for whom she supports his ventures in the areas of social media, marketing, and of course HR. She has over 25 years of experience as a human resources consultant, helping companies uncover their HR issues and discover their secrets of success. She has a BA and a Human Resources Certificate, but to her, it's not about the education - it's about the way things are done. She has worked with many small and medium companies managing human resources. She doesn't simply come up with off-the-shelf human resources solutions, but instead customizes her approach for each client to find practical and simple solutions to their problems. What does Elizabeth love about Daeco? It's all about the people. She believes in her team of extremely talented individuals who come together and use their experience and skills to give the clients real human resources solutions that work. Genevieve Primus

Genevieve is a Partner of Daeco HR Consulting. She has been in human resources for over 20 years. She holds a BCom with a major in Human Resources along with a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation. And prior to that, she graduated from NAIT with a diploma in Marketing. Genevieve's background in corporate retail has served her well in HR consulting. With her strong understanding of business operations, she ensures human resources aligns and supports an organization's business objectives. Genevieve is able to quickly analyze an organization's HR challenges and will design and implement a simple strategic approach with a process that makes sense. Her areas of expertise are in strategic planning, performance management, succession planning and coaching. Genevieve coaches employees and business leaders using her unique combination of approachability, attention to detail and strong follow up to keep them on track and moving towards their goals. Melissa Wiebe

Morgan Kucher

Passionate about helping others, Morgan always thought she would develop a career somewhere in the medical or physical rehabilitation field. After completing her diploma in Massage Therapy from Grant MacEwan, she was inspired by her mother-in-law to seek out the world of Human Resources and she has never looked back. Morgan holds a Business Administration Diploma in Human Resources with Distinction from NAIT and is currently working towards achieving her Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources while continuing to partner with organizations to fulfill their Human Resources objectives. Morgan has partnered with both large and small organizations and has called upon her broad range of experience within a wide variety of Human Resources functions to create success.
