DIAL A RIDE

The Dial-a-Ride team has been serving the communities of East Lancashire for over 30 years, providing accessible transport solutions to all sections of the community. Our door to door services can be incredibly beneficial for those who find it difficult to access conventional public transport... Our door-to-door service is ideal if you need assistance travelling from your home to your area of destination. Dial-a-Ride make it easier for you to go about your business and let you focus on where you're going... Firstly, we provide a dial a ride service 7 days a week, which can be used for shopping, visiting friends, medical appointments and most importantly- hospital appointments, which other service providers have ceased to operate. Within Blackburn and Darwen this currently costs £6 per return journey. We also operate outside the borough to neighbouring towns/villages where the costs are slightly higher.
