Bob Hauser

Bob Hauser brings over 30 years of experience to Devlin McNally Construction. Bob is the source for creative problem solving. He is equipped with extensive industry relations as well as a deep understanding of building codes including Title 24, ADA, Fire and Life Safety, and the Uniform Building Code. His greatest assets are his commitment to the drawing set, and his ability to communicate with his clients. Bob is dedicated to each job from start to finish with a focus on insuring the client is fully satisfied with the project results.

Dan McNally

Dan McNally is a second generation California builder who began developing his building techniques and carpentry skills while working alongside his father from the young age of 14. It was there working for his father that he developed a solid building foundation and a true love for the craft. Dan oversees DMC's field operations as he manages team members, ensures quality control, and fosters relationships with subcontractors and clients to ensure that DMC's overall performance meets the highest standards.

Dave Devlin

Dave Devlin has been working in the building trades industry for over 15 years. After apprenticing with several Bay Area builders, Dave studied construction management at UC Berkeley. He then joined forces with Dan McNally to create Devlin McNally Construction. Dave works with his team daily on applying effective and efficient project management practices, generating project estimates, and tracking project costs. He works with his clients throughout each phase of the construction process to ensure that the needs and desires of the client are understood, met, and surpassed. Dave is a LEED accredited Green Associate.
