Background Pauline resides in Co. Galway from where she runs her successful interior design business. She attributes a lot of her inspiration to her native Co. Kilkenny. She was reared adjacent to the sumptuous surroundings of Mount Juliet Estate, rated as Irelands finest sporting Estate. From a young age she assisted her father Joe(who was the Estate painter and decorator) on his many projects. It varied from restoration of the Main House to the redecoration of the many quaint cottages which were dotted around the Estate. She inherited her aesthetic sense from her father which stood to her in her future career choice.
